Brew the Perfect Cup of Coffee

Anyone can brew a good cup of coffee – it just requires fresh coffee beans and a good guide.

We know it well when the coffee doesn't taste quite as good as it actually could. That's why we've put together a series of guides for the perfect cup, regardless of which brew method you use.

It tastes best when the beans are of high quality and roasted gently, so that the sweetness and characteristic flavour of the coffee bean is preserved. Our coffees are from micro lots all over the world, carefully selected and gently profile roasted to the light side, which is why they are really good for hand brewing. We omni-roast all our coffees, so you can brew them exactly as you want – whether you prefer a light and delicious Hario V60 pour-over, or you want to let your espresso machine do the work.

It may come as a surprise, but the quality of the water also matters a lot for the outcome of your coffee. Therefore, we always recommend that you use filtered water when brewing coffee.

In addition, you can also go a long way with a good coffee grinder. It can vary from coffee to coffee how coarse or fine it should be ground. It is therefore a good idea to use a grinder where you can change the degree of grinding.

We have plenty more tips and tricks to share, but we know that a good cup of coffee can take a while. We collected our ultimate brew tips and brew guides here.
