LAG Odder-Hedensted has supported CleverCoffee's investment in a Loring S15 Falcon coffee roaster.
The LAG funds are to be used by the micro-enterprise and coffee roaster CleverCoffee to go from conventional and hand-held coffee roasting to creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly production in a coffee roaster.
Modern production equipment makes it possible to automate the roasting process, minimise energy consumption and completely avoid heavy lifting.
