Compact but powerful
As the name suggests, the Piccolo 60 from Bellezza is a compact grinder, but not a grinder without impact. The blades of the grinder are made of the extremely durable material titanium, which gives them a much longer expected life than most home baristas ever get the grinder.
The body of the grinder is made of aluminum, the lid for the hopper is made of beautiful wood and the hopper is made of glass. All around the grinder you will find other delicious details that make the grinder stand out from the competition.
The grinder is controlled with a simple and user-friendly display, where the grinding time/grind quantity can be adjusted. With two adjustable doses, you can set the grinder to grind the perfect amount every time. Together with the stepless adjustment, this helps to make the brewing process fast and precise.
The included knives have what you would normally call a predominantly "traditional" profile. They provide espressos with plenty of body, sweetness and intensity. Therefore, this grinder works ideally for all types of coffee beans, and ideally for all types of coffee drinks - everything from cappucino and americano to espresso.
One aspect of the grinding process that is often overlooked by many manufacturers is the sound level of the grinder. Grinding coffee is a noisy operation, and unfortunately it can be disruptive or inconvenient to grind coffee at some times of the day, e.g. in the morning. Therefore, it is an incredibly good feature that Bellezza has equipped this grinder with a high degree of insulation, which significantly lowers the noise compared to similar grinders from other manufacturers.
