At CleverCoffee, we are experiencing a lot of new customers. As we grow and collaborate with more business customers, the need for structured customer service and coordination has also grown.

Therefore, we are looking for a customer and administration employee who can help ensure friendly, competent and attentive service for our customers.

At the same time, we need help to create an overview of a number of administrative tasks that make everyday life in the company work.

We have the best customers in the world. So of course they also need the best customer service in the world.

A little about CleverCoffee

Who are we?

CleverCoffee is an award-winning coffee roaster, established in 2014 and certified B Corp, EcoVadis, Evergreen, SBTi and D-seal.

We work directly with farmers around the world and pay a quality bonus for the coffee because we believe in long-term partnerships, transparency and fairness throughout the value chain.

From our roastery, we deliver specialty coffee and complete coffee solutions to both private and B2B customers - always with a focus on quality, good craftsmanship and good relationships with our customers.

Your role

Your most important task is to ensure that our customers have a good experience when they are in contact with us.

You help customers with orders and questions, follow up on inquiries and coordinate internally so that agreements and deliveries are consistent. The role is close to both customers and the operations of the roastery, and you will play a central role in creating structure and progress in everyday life.

The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, creating structure in everyday life and solving various administrative tasks. You have good experience with customer contact and can ensure that things are followed through.

Your tasks

  • Customer service via email and telephone
  • Handling customer inquiries about orders, products and deliveries
  • Order and customer administration for our business customers
  • Coordination with production and warehouse regarding deliveries, purchases and status
  • Updating customer data and prices in our systems and reporting to external systems
  • Event planning
  • Easier HR administration

We imagine that you:

  • Has a relevant educational background within, for example, administration, service, trade or similar
  • Have at least 5 years of experience with B2B customer service, and preferably also experience with coordination and/or administrative tasks
  • Thrives in daily dialogue with customers and is motivated by creating good customer experiences
  • Works in a structured manner and can maintain an overview in a day-to-day life with many simultaneous tasks
  • Communicates clearly and professionally - both written and oral in Danish and English
  • Is comfortable with digital systems and works naturally with data, numbers and administrative tools

The most important thing for us is that you take responsibility for your tasks and want to help both customers and colleagues in their everyday lives.

Collaboration and training

Your immediate manager will be Johanne (Development Coordinator), who will help you prioritize your everyday tasks.

You will be trained through peer training with Johanne and Lars (Partner and CEO). We have experience with the tasks you will be required to complete, and we will help you get started.

At the same time, we expect you to contribute ideas over time on how we can make both work processes and customer experiences even better.
