It takes active efforts to combat discrimination and inequality. Here are some of our initiatives:

People First

Our primary purpose is to break historical inequality and lift coffee farmers out of poverty.

Coffee produced by women

One of our best-selling coffees, IMPACT No. 03, is produced exclusively by women, in an effort to address the gender imbalance that exists in the coffee industry.

Diverse and competent board of directors

In 2024, we established a competent board of directors with a wide range of professional backgrounds and experience. Three out of five board members are women.

Flat structure and balanced everyday life

CleverCoffee has a flat organizational structure where all employees are given and take responsibility. We make an effort to ensure that our employees thrive in their jobs - among other things, we have unlimited sick days for children.

Zero tolerance for intolerance

We do not tolerate racism, gender discrimination, homophobia, transphobia or other types of discrimination. This applies both internally and with our partners and customers.
