It is made with cocoa from the hills of Santo Domingo de las Tsachilas, Ecuador.

With it's mild flavor profile and notes of tropical fruit, green banana, fresh almonds and a hint of tobacco, this hot cocoa is anything but ordinary. The cocoa powder is mixed with cane sugar and a bit of Kattegat sea salt, resulting in a creamy, perfectly sweet balanced drink with a light fruitiness.

The cocoa consists of 55% organic cocoa from forest farming. In a forest farm, the cocoa plants stand in the shade of other trees. It supports biodiversity and soil conditions. At the same time, it minimizes the need for sprays and fertilizers. This is why this cocoa is also completely organic.

To fight poverty, the cocoa is traded directly with the cocoa farmer, who has received 67% more in payment than the market price.

The process:

This cocoa is based on Neo-Nacional cocoa from Finca Garyth, which is known for its quality and sustainable practices. The cocoa beans are fermented for 7 days in a wooden boxes and are dried by mechanical drying powered by renewable energy.

How to make the perfect cup of cocoa:

1. Heat 160-200 mL of your preferred milk
2. Stir in 2 teaspoons (approx. 14g) of Impact Chocolate Powder
3. Sit back and taste Ecuador!
