It might be a good idea to order coffee when you empty the last bag - otherwise, please contact us if you would rather have a regular shipment set up so you don't have to think about it.
Check that the espresso shot runs for 20-30 seconds. If it runs too fast or too slow, the grind setting may need to be adjusted.
For milk-based coffees, check that the milk is not too old, and check the refrigerator temperature, which should ideally be around normal refrigerator temperature. Otherwise, please contact us!
