It might be a good idea to order coffee when you empty the last bag - otherwise, please contact us if you would rather have a regular shipment set up so you don't have to think about it.
We recommend purchasing a minimum of 3 months supply at a time. This would include 1 Caye Milk Cleanse Tabs (100 pcs.) and 3 Caye Coffee Cleanse Tabs (3 x 30 pcs.). They can be found at the link below.
Check if the milk is empty, and if so, place the milk tube in a new milk container in the refrigerator.
Check that the milk is not too old, and check the temperature of the refrigerator, which should ideally be around normal refrigerator temperature. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us!
Typically, the coffees on page 1 of the menu will be brewed using coffee in bean container 1, while the coffees on page 2 of the menu will be brewed using coffee in bean container 2.
You can choose between the two types of fresh milk that your machine is set up with. You choose this with each cup you brew. Here you select the coffee on the screen with the milk you want.
The machine should go through its cleaning cycle once a day. It is best to do this in the afternoon so that the machine is clean for the next day. Please watch the video guide above, where you will be guided through the process.
