A Hybrid Solution for Large Companies
We know that there's a demand for delicious lattes, flat whites or cappuccinos in the workplace. For that reason, many believe that a user-friendly fully automatic espresso machine is the best coffee machine for the office.
But. A life cycle assessment of our coffee IMPACT No. 02 has actually shown that one of the biggest carbon emission sinners during the coffee life cycle is the actual brewing of coffee on a fully automatic coffee machine. It actually emits twice as much as if you brewed the coffee on a 3TEMP boilerless filter coffee machine. That is why we have started to suggest filter coffee solutions more often.
Of course, we do understand the demand for fully automatic machines. That is why we propose a hybrid solution where there are both fully automatic coffee machines and filter coffee machines at the offices, meeting areas, canteens and other selected locations.
That way, everyone has the opportunity to get a delicious cup of barista coffee when the fantastic cup of filter coffee that tastes like pour-over doesn't quite quench the coffee thirst.
Solutions with boilerless machines are based on reducing the emissions that come with a large power consumption. But it is of course up to your wishes, which is why we are happy to have a casual chat about what we can offer you.

A New IMPACT Added to the Collection
For a long time we have had two coffees in the IMPACT series:
- IMPACT No. 01 – Net-zero coffee from Brazil
- IMPACT No. 02 – Organic coffee from Honduras
But in 2024 we welcomed a third IMPACT coffee, namely:
- IMPACT No. 03 – Net-zero coffee produced by women
This Brazilian coffee is net-zero just like No. 01, but it is also produced exclusively by women. And then you might think, “Why is that important?”
It's important because women in the coffee industry face systematic challenges that men in the industry do not face.
Women make up a huge part of the work on coffee farms, but are proportionally underrepresented when it comes to visibility, ownership and recognition. They also have less access to resources.
These are precisely the problems we try to make visible and articulate with a coffee like IMPACT No. 03. It can be difficult to realise that there is a problem when you cannot see it.

Yes, we can – and we are very happy to do so.
If you simply write an email to support@clevercoffee.dk and describe your current coffee consumption, we can calculate the carbon reduction you would experience when switching to our coffee.
When you are our business client, you receive an annual statement of the carbon reduction you have achieved in the past year.
Yes, we are happy to share all our documentation with you. That includes the payment the farmer has received, what emissions the coffee has caused, GPS coordinates of the coffee farm, so that it is guaranteed to be free of deforestation, and all other documentation you might need.
Training and Communication
Yes, we are happy to come and help with the training of your staff. That way, they can brew and present the coffee in the best possible way so that both parties are happy.
As a business customer, you also get access to our e-learning platform CleverCoffee Learn. The platform consists of a large number of courses with text and video, which describe how your coffee machine works, is cleaned and maintained, stories from the coffee farm and tips and tricks for coffee brewing.
The e-learning platform functions as supplementary training for your staff. It can also be accessed from the phone when the "how was it again...?" questions pop up in everyday life.
Yes, when you become a business customer with us, you will receive a complete communication package with images and texts, which can be used on your channels to talk about your new coffee solution.
We can send various printed materials to you, such as our annual Transparency Report, which is full of exciting articles and great images and which works really well as a coffee table book. Many of our clients keep this right by the coffee station.
Of course, we would also very much like to work with you on press releases or other PR – and if you want tailored communication materials, we can do that too.

Yes, we are very happy to help with the full installation of your equipment.
Yes. Although our machines are very reliable, accidents can always happen. A typical service agreement entails a reaction time of maximum 8 hours – and we are happy to help with both small and large challenges.
You can always catch us on the phone, and you can expect us to be available and present.
Yes. On most machines, you can advantageously make a leasing agreement – and many of our clients prioritise this. The terms of agreement depend on the machines.

Yes. We can install monitoring equipment on the coffee machines so that we can keep an eye on your consumption of coffee and the condition of the machines all the way from the roastery. This way we can ensure that there is always coffee in stock, and we are automatically alerted if a machine needs service.
Yes. We partner with other B Corp that make both tea and hot chocolate in very high quality with a very high degree of responsibility. This way, you get a complete solution for hot drinks with an overall consistency of quality and responsibility.
