The End of an Era

We have sold our Loring S15 Falcon because we have outgrown its capacity, not because we are moving away from it.

The roaster has been our primary production machine since 2020 and has run reliably without breakdowns.

About the Roaster

Loring S15 Falcon purchased in May 2020 and delivered and installed in August 2020.

The machine roasts batches from 8 to 16 kilograms and features fully automated profile roasting, low gas and energy consumption, integrated afterburner, and stable airflow control known for consistent cup quality.

Suitable For

This roaster is suitable for specialty coffee roasteries, café chains with central production, smaller roasteries upgrading from 5 to 12 kilogram machines, or businesses seeking consistent automated profile roasting.

Why We have Sold it

The only reason for the sale is capacity.

Our production volume has increased beyond what a 15 kg roaster can realistically support in our workflow, so we are upgrading to a larger machine.

The roaster had no recurring technical issues, no production stoppages, and has been serviced according to the maintenance manual since installation.

If our production had not grown, we would have kept it.
