Plakat - Fairtrade isn't ambitious enough

As a modern and responsible coffee roastery and coffee shop, we have chosen a different path than you would usually do. Our coffees do not carry the Fairtrade logo because it does not fit with our philosophy and quality standards.
CleverCoffee has signed The Pledge and has coffees registered at the independent organization Transparent Trade Coffee. They raise the bar for transparency in the specialty coffee trade which is why the coffee roasteries that buy directly from farmers pay much more for their coffee than the Fairtrade standard. We’re working closely with coffee farmers around the globe and we guarantee full traceability and the implementation of our quality markers.
